For the other Panzer Campaigns titles, you can use Jison's map mod (http://www.mapmod.se/). The terrain of this mod right here is also based on Jison's mod (as mentioned with some changes to make it look more "modern"). 

If you're asking about the unit graphics, then no. I still got plenty to do for Modern Campaigns. Haven't even finished the major factions yet.
