RE: New Panzer Campaign Graphics
That looks more like Kiev.
In your first pair of screenshots today, the four bridges, with two rail bridges as the outer bridges and what I thought was the canalized Dnepr tributary on the left bank fit. The elevation differences and rivers entering the screenshot from the west also fit. That's what made me think it was Kiev. It's quite similar to your second screenshot, but parts of the infrastructure didn't (a railroad running north along the right bank, the infrastructure on the left bank) and there being no suburbs and industrial zones on the left bank.
The screenshot where you left the map label on was just a screenshot of Zhitomir, saying that teams were always working on projects. That could've been a lot of projects. Ukraine '41, Ukraine '44, Ukraine '43-44, Ukraine/Russia '43 covering just Kutuzov/Rumyantsev with Zhitomir somewhere along the south-western map edge. It's the counters, specifically the NATO unit types, that gave it away. You also posted the labelled screenshot more than 6 years ago. I doubt I would've remembered without my interest in the battle, not to mention the casual observer when you posted those screenshots in the blog.
