Go to Info and click last Command report, towards the bottom it shows how many nukes and chems you have left, as WP u start with 125 nukes, 20 persistent chems and 65 non persistant.

Cant think of any reason you wouldnt be able to use um all.

• The Use Alternate Fire option of the Command menu must be enabled.
