I assume you realise that not going Gold means you will be stuck with outdated versions and of course, unless you intend to play exclusively against the AI, you will struggle to find opponents. And the Gold verisons do include the Volcano Man Alt scenarios - just not the Art Work.

Thanks Green. I play mostly First World War Campaigns. I just like the old maps and artwork. I don't understand how anyone likes the new maps; they are all the same. Anyway could you send me Bulge 44, Minsk 44, Moscow 41 and France 40? I really appreciate your help. jonny

Love most of the improvements for the Gold versions and certainly the new rules and such but very much in agreement about the maps, Without a doubt I would like to play the gold versions but keep the old maps.
