Please send me your files, see what I can do! Are you sure they line up with the units.dat file? That is what I went by. I never had the version with the portraits, so was unaware they were matched. When I went through and hit the default pics in each oob, that is what jumbled the results, there were units in scenario's with different flags in the other nation!
