Have default optional rules changed?

Hi All,

Just wanted to bump this thread up. With the last three patches (Kharkov '43, MarketGarden '44 *& Minsk '44), you should see the new scenario descriptions including recommended optional rules.

Not looking for feedback, but ensuring all are aware of the standard that will be in all the PzC & PzB series going forward. We will be going back and updating the patches for the six PzC games already updated. That will be at the end of the current patching cycle.
