I was thinking more like the "command control" mode you have in the Napoleonic and ACW series, where you can manage your unit, and you cannot interfere with the AI commanding all the other forces. I always found strange that they didn't implement such mode in the PzC/FWWC series, as you have way more units and counters there than in any NB and ACW game.
