IPTABs, because this is common abreviations of such units, acted as concentrated anti-tank force of the Army. They usually were made of three regiments, each with 6 batteries. Two regiments were towed, static ATs, white the third usually was dedicated self-propelled tank destroyer unit with smaller amount of guns. These units were either spread for support or served as concentrated pivot defence agaisnt armoured counterattacks.

9th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Division

Soviets had serious AA cover mostly in concentrated AA divisions. Each division was made of 2-4 AA Regiments of various compisition. Heavy regiments had 85mm guns, while medium – 37mm and AAMGs. I failed to find out what was the dedicated equipment of below regiments, so I assumed one was heavy, and one was medium.
NOTE: if these are deployed outside the battle, they apply for air combat system. More info in air combat system on that matter, but they mostly could provide protection from outside the Steel Panthers as area denial weapons.
