A lull in the fighting is in order, but losses have been acceptable.

Shimofurusawa ridge has been captured.

Matsusaki has been captured. No stragglers were encountered, only observers (which can't move) and coastal gun batteries.

In a few turns, the Boso Peninsula will be cut-off from the rest of Honshu. The defenders will be Isolated. 3 Partisan units and a reservist unit moved into the Peninsula/didn't move out, but no other troops were detected.

It's hard to tell on the screenshot, but the defenders of the plateau are fortifying their positions with bunkers. That should stop any Japanese counteroffensive and will allow me to hold a line with fewer units.
