JSGME is a generic mod enabler. You can get it here: https://www.filecroco.com/download-jsgme/
It's a simple program, but reading the documentation is a good idea.

My mod requires using a program (slopify.exe) to "prepare" the files before enabling them via JSGME. Getting familiar with the Squad Battles file structure and the different files involved (maps, scenarios, oobs, pdts, etc) is also highly recommended, especially if you're new to the series.
