How Do I Turn Off the Game Launch Splash Video?

The easiest way to do this is: In Windows File Explorer, copy/paste the file Video/novideo.txt to the top-level game folder.

(Another way is to launch the game Frontend, Vietnam.exe, with the command-line option -v.)

To restore the game launch splash video, simply delete the novideo.txt file from the top-level game folder.
