From what I recall, main maps are linked to the game the map goes with. So I don't think you can take a map from one to another, even PzC to PzC. OOBs can be. Without restricting maps, I imagine the fear is someone would use the free demo, or buy a single game, and copy all the other games in the series to play everything. Don't know that but it makes sense.
