Modern Campaigns - MapMod revisited

Hello, I decided recently to have a look at updating these files for the current 4.00+ versions with the new 200x zoom level, since I just did the same for Jison's Panzer Campaigns MapMod's. I made a bigger post on the WDS forum (https://forum.wargameds.com/viewtopic.php?t=883), but I figured I would also post here since I used Simulacra53's updates as a base.
