Missing RS Explosion Graphics

Hello All, 

I am missing the visual RS explosion graphic when artillery is fired.  This on all scenarios standard or custom. 

I get the line of fire graphic and the shell hole graphic. 

I get the firing sounds, the traveling through the air sound and the impact sound. 

But not the impact explosion or impact waterspout (for those water shots) graphic. 

The explosion graphics are present in my EFII and WF games.  

No files have been deleted and JTCS was downloaded directly from Matrix. 

They have been missing for as long as I can remember (not like that is a long time though). 

Any help would be appreciated.
