Write a Note  Tiller Operational Campaigns Tournament No.03 FWWC
Please respond here if you would be interested in a FWWC tournament. 
1. Start and ends in 2025.
2. Uses the round robin and scoring system used in Tournament No. 2.
3. Minimum number of entrants 8.
4. Entrants must own all 3 FWWC titles (If 4th title becomes available before start of the tournament, we would likely not include it. Determining the scenarios partly depends on a history of games reported at theBlitz.club.)
5. Delayed Disruption Reporting rule is not used, as per a recommendation by Volcano Man; see https://www.theblitz.club/message_boards...#pid388750. (Thanks ComradeP for researching this).
