RE: DGVN graphics update
Hi Mike, I play the CD-required version of the game, always have.
I took a close look at the CD but didn't see a version number on it. I took a look at the actual CD data (when loaded into my CD drive) but could not find a version or date or an 'about' file. The license file didn't have anything useful either.
quick edit - I took a look inside the folders for ALL the DG-Vietnam required folders I downloaded, and in none of them did i see an .exe that looked like two Huey's. Everything about my game works just fine, it just has the old Divided Ground background music and the Star of David desktop .exe.
Also, I use version 2.0 of DG-Vietnam. I wasn't sure of there was a later version.

RE: DGVN graphics update
Hey warhorse, could you be a buddy and e-mail me that DG-vietnam .exe of yours? I could swap it out with mine and see what happens. If it doesn't work I can always use the old .exe I've always used. I'm curious if this will solve the music issue and the cd-required message too.
Thanks in advance.

RE: DGVN graphics update
oof - never had a problem with gmail before. That's my only e-mail address. Even if you zip it it won't let you e-mail it? What about it you put it in a folder, then zip it - will that work?
Maybe I could have you e-mail it to my parents then have them forward it to me - we'll see how it goes. Must be some kind of anti-virus thing they have to prevent .exe's from being sent to unsuspecting people.
Let me know if there's still a problem then we can take more drastic measures.

RE: DGVN graphics update
I made a new DGVN zip, which had all the new stuff in it, you could unzip it into a new folder, and try that, link here- https://dl.dropbox.com/u/58654449/DGVN.zip, I saw another file too called DGVN patch, but need to see if that is already in the one I just gave you!

RE: DGVN graphics update
Mike I got this and unzipped it into my 104 JTCS folder. The exe is !!Divided Ground.exe and it works but when I exit a scenario it exits to desktop instead of going to the menu screen.
I assume this is all the files that were at the old blitz and jorge's website.

RE: DGVN graphics update
No I didn't have DGVN before. I assumed at 466mb zipped it would have everything. I did not get the ad picture either. I downloaded the zip above in post 17, extracted into a folder and placed that folder into my 104 JTCS folder. I located the exe and ran the game for one scenario as a test.
Maybe I need a copy of DG first and overwrite with these files?
