Radeon is a brand of display adapters manufactured formerly by ATI, later acquired and currently owned by AMD. Nothing to do with Nvidia whatsoever, actually they are a bitter competitors on adapters market.

Radeon brand covers a whole range and lines of fairly different models of products. You should identify your adapter model exactly and search for latest drivers of that specific model.
