Rail bridges are heavy in many earlier titles, but they were downgraded to light in recent/recently updated titles to model the fact that vehicles would have difficulties with crossing them without some adjustments being made by engineers, such as placing boards on the gaps.

Full hex bridges are always heavy, regardless of type.
