Mike and I just finished our turns, thanks to a sick day at home where we were able to push out 4 turns.

I embarrassingly managed to pull a draw out as the VM on the very last turn, by one point, and somehow survived a final volley of RR fire on my French Bison not to get a major loss as the French

Lady luck more than skill was on my side here, without question.

As always, it was an enjoyable and humbling challenge to take on Mike on the field of battle.

Brett and I just finished. Both our VM defenses held strong, achieving major victories against our respective French counterparts.

Glyn and Rich are closing in on the final 1st Round match. I'm hoping to get round 2 up and running at some point next week, depending on their timeframe.

Is there anyone currently participating in the DBP tourney who will not be continuing with the 2nd round? If I don't see a post here from anyone, I'll assume that you are all good to go and will be moving forward with us.

Glyn and I wrapped up tonight each winning a Major Victory as the VC...a total blood bath for the French. Will report the games right now.

Round two will probably get rolling sometime on Sunday evening. I'm going to hold off a day or two to verify those folks who may or may not be coming back for Round 2.
