Russians should start the scenario even tho Germans move first as there are preplotted airstrikes for turn one which will only come after the replay.

We should let them end the turn and establish their password? 
No extra moves, artillery plots, or airstrikes called in.

Who is Jerry team captain?
What I can gather, Earl has a new version not on the site, upgrade to that. Germans open turn, bring on reinforcements, then end turn with no other moves or arty/air plots. This allows you to establish your password.

The game is underway... One more German commander to do his turn and the file goes back to you.... 48th Panzer Corps has set tank engines to full speed! - surely some road blocks are expected sooner than later :)
