Help guys i forgot my CD at home and i can't play at the office, please what's the web site to find the cd hack. so that i don't need to have the cd.

Use them to replace the .exe file in the games root directory.

JUST MAKE SURE TO BACKUP THE OLD FILES FIRST.

I could never get the CMBB file to work with my copy of the game, but i'm certain that's my copy of the game that is at fault not the hack file.

I have the CDV (Euro) version, for some reason the game installs with two different .exe files? One called Combat Mission 2.exe and the other Barbarrossa To Berlin.exe, also the auto run from the CD can't find the games install correctly. :conf:

The only way i can start it is from the desktop shortcut, it's all very odd indeed. I did wonder if it's a dodgy copy but i bought it from a proper high street games shop. :hissy:

ok
the BtoB.exe is the US version's executable file
the CDV version is CM2.exe
If you know how to tinker in your registry you can correct the file path for the install issue but if you don't, then DON"T :)

the Blitz FTP area works, it just take a long time to load up even with a cable connection.

you should be using the cmbb103euro.ace download and your shortcut from desktop should point to that file (CM2.exe) and load the game w/o the CD then.

Now this is all theory... LOL but that's mainly how it works
