Revised Dutch OOB
now includeds KNIL forces for Pacific battles, I believe Dutchie has already posted a scenario using them at the Depot.

The French/Free French OOB is probably the best it has ever been.

Norway has all new units. Actual Norwegian units I am speaking of, plus all the designer "special" units

Belgium is a great OOB to play around with now.

Canada/India/Anzac/Phillipines/Greece/Italy have all been seriously upgraded.

The Romainian/Hungary/Yugoslav/Bulgaria/Czech/The Chinas and Spains, have all been worked on in one way or another, altho recently, a few small errors that slipped thru, were discovered in a couple of them.
a couple of Icon errors that carried over from 8.3, and a formation error or two, plus a couple of spelling errors.
All these have been fixed for "The Patch" we are already working on.

Philippines extensively redone to include PA, PC, PS and PI forces. For those not familiar, that's Philippine Army, Philippine Constabulary, Philippine Scouts and Philippine Insurgents. A few more units added for the post-war period when PA forces fought the Moros.

Most Commonwealth OOBs have armoured units prior to 1942; some always have had. ANZAC and Canada don't have true armoured formations until 1941, while the Indian Army didn't have an armoured force until Partition. India OOB users will have to change nation to UK when purchasing armour, other than ACs and Hussars. India now has wheeled carrier, the IP-ACV, locally made simliar to the Dingo. Was used more than the Universal Carrier in Indian Army formations.

French OOB now has a selection of colonial forces, such as Moroccans and Senegalese, plus Colonials representing Frenchmen living in the various colonies.

Dutch KNIL forces added, as well as a complete revamp of all Dutch Home Army forces. Many new units included.

Belgian forces similarly reworked. New units and formations, as well as more accurate structuring of many existing ones.

Greek OOB overhauled with various factional units (ELAS and EDES) added for Greek Civil War post-1944. More British equipment available for the 41-45 period. Additional Greek units added, including more variety of weapons and use of numerous captured Italian and German gear.

the Russian vehicle Icons have all been recolored and look 100 times better.
New road/railroad graphics have been added, which makes them look bigger and better, plus a few OOb fixs here and there.
also hoping to get some Mech.exe fixes in too.
