Film: Stalingrad

After hearing about this film on the message board, I watched it last night. Not sure why I didn't hear about it previously.

Excellently done. The true horrors of war are depicted from the point of view of small band of German Stormtroopers. Of the 91,000 soldiers captured by the Russians, only 6,000 made it back to Germany. This does not include the dead and wounded.

See it if you have a chance. Borders books sells it and NetFlix has it for rent in the US.

Yes Fubar1 it is a really good movie. I bought it when it first came out on VHS ...lol and I got the sub-title version to make it more authentic.

I recommend too for anyone who hasn't seen to get, ya won't be dis-appointed !

Yeah, you definitely need to watch the German language version with sub-titles to get the full effect.
