I have trouble with Enhanced too and I have one install dedicated to Enhanced and another that is pure waw. Are you saying that I can't have several installs if I want Enhanced to work?

No not at all, you dont need more than one install of SPWAW, but you can have more than one if you wish.
I am saying Modswapper works ONLY with your most recent install of spwaw.
so if you try to use it with an earlier install, you will have problems.
So install the version you want to use the modswapper on last or go into your reqistry and change it to point to the version you want to use.
Did a new install of SPWAW and it worked this time. But i had to find the 8.3 patch for it to work.
I think one of the reasons it didn't work was because i changed the folders name. It seems a bit touchy about having things moved and renamed but after an intial look i think it looks great.
Have my first game with it with Iwo Jim so can't wait.:boom2:

good deal guys, glad you get it worked out.
Ya that modswapper is picky.
if you change directories or anything it wont work right.
give me some reports on what you think.
Good luck, maybe I should join in on some of these games since I finally got some free time from working on Enhanced and editing campaigns.

Then you and/or your opponent are not using the same version (oobs).
Or one of did not get it installed corrected...
Example is if one of you were using V8.2 of SPWAW, trying to play someone PBEM who has V8.3
heres a clue.
The opening screen should say.......
"COLONEL: ITS SPWAW ENHANCED V2"
Ask your opponent if his screen says same.
