Geordie, I would have to completely agree with you. All this layers of added touchy-feelie political correctness that Management wants to implement in behalf of those that certainly do not deserve it is just plain silly.

If my opponent rudely disappears for three weeks and fails to respond to my inquiries of his status I'm posting a win. However, I've always sent the Ladder Custodian a "heads up" and posted a "where are you" note to the MB.

I wonder what occurence generated this new bureaucracy layer?

I also agree that I am not prepared to sit endlessly waiting for Blitz staff to get around to my issue. If my opponent doesn't like my action
