Germany, August 1985 - it is the third day of WWIII, the East German NVA has plunged into the NATO defences east of Alsfeld, losses have been massive..., now Soviet forces are moving up to lead the advance west..., onwards, to the Atlantic ocean, comrades!

The Forward Observer reports in:
The Alsfeld bridges have been destoryed!

If the enemy intends to push through the town, this will slow down his advance..., but just how much..., no contact on the ground reported yet...
