New member question.
Greetings!
New member here, still in boot camp. Can you issue a challange to play an operation? Say 7 battles 30 turns each, or should challenges just be for a single battle?
Thanks, Keif.

RE: New member question.
Keif,
Any game may it be a scenario, operation of qb will get you out from the bootcamp. The only problem with the operation is that it will usually take longer to complete than a qb/scenario.
Welcome to the blitz.

RE: New member question.
Thanks Raz for the quick response. I will try to get the challenge up asap, hopefully some one will want to commit to a long op. I plan on playing only one game at a time with at least 5-7 turns per week. Have always played solo and am looking forward to the whole PBEM thing!
Keif.

RE: New member question.
Keif149,
I would be interested in an operation. I have never completed one against a human opponent. I started one once but started winning and the other guy lost interest. As long as you commit to finishing it, I will take you on.

RE: New member question.
Im relativly new to this myself these are a few points I have picked up.Just be sure you are aware of the victory conditions when playing an op
you could find you have destroyed an opponents forces and still lose when a jeep is sneaked into a town - or something similar. Also be carefulll where the game draws setup lines after battles. I am currently playing an op where even though I had held a stong line the Ai gave my oppnent set up zones behind my front line. Luckly I am playing against an honest and decent chap ( unlike the sneaky jeep theif) who did not take advantage of this.
Talk to your oppenent about this if you are not sure. good luck and let mr know if you want a game some time - cheers- taffy

RE: New member question.
Whazz up GoM!

Lord Bane and myself are just starting the "long road". I sent him my set up file today. Yea, I know it's gonna be a long tough one. I took the Finns. Spent most of today setting up. Glad I'm playing LB, he sounds like the right opponent to stick with it. Can't wait.
Thanks man for the reply! Keif.
