I hate it when..
My veteran Hetzer , in a picture-perfect hull-down and about to start sending a platoon of Shermans to meet their maker, is shocked by a near-miss from a @(!&^!!!!! 81mm mortar smoke round!!! And of course while he is shocked, one of the Shermans actually manags to hit him (one hit out of 18 shots fired at him) and he blows up.

I know anything's possible but come on. Did smoke rounds have any explosive charge? Maybe the tank commander took a fragment in the eye or something....but that's just crazy.
