Retreat question?
During the tourney game with Pz Gus, 'Giants of the Vistula' we had a mass surrender of German tanks, Having dusrupted then my intention was to push them out of the VP hex and watch them retreat the surrender was a surprise
location VP south of the main town just above the mine field I had troops comming from north, troops stationed Ne and Nw of hex, he had troops SE and if I recall correctly Se of the hex with the minefield being south.
The unit to the SE was a 6 str inf, Dont know how many tanks there where but 3or 4 units + commander. We had expected them to retreat along the road to the SE at worst into the mine field and take a mine attack, but they surrendered instead.
Can anyone spread a little light on this for us?
