I make those in Paintshop Pro same as the bmp. I usually take the bmp, make an outline of the bmp orange, then erase ALL the color INSIDE the outline of the unit, leaving the orange outline (this way you can use the replace all color function with no tolerance). Once that is done, you change the orange with black using replace all funtion again, and change the color to 2 colors, then save. It will be saved as a bit file, but just rename to .bit from .bmp.
