RE: The Grants two guns
I wonder why they ever made that happen as we all know one gun out doesn't break both...

RE: The Grants two guns
Yes Randy, sadly the CM program isn't very good with handling two guns on a tank..

RE: The Grants two guns
My problem witht the Grants is getting them out of hull down positions.
Hull down they fire the 37mm gun.
If I advance them a little they hit the brakes and slam it into reverse and back into hull down:(

GRANT IN ACTION
I ran these tests below to try to get some idea of when exactly it'll fire its main or small gun against which targets, but I'm still not sure I fully understand what goes on in it's crews minds..

PIC 1 - The 75mm engages PzIV's. (the 37mm doesn't fire)

PIC 2 - The 37mm engages Tigers! (the 75mm doesn't fire)
For some reason the crew think the 37 will hurt a Tiger more than the 75..

PIC 3 - The 75mm engages halftracks. (the 37mm doesn't fire)

PIC 4 - Now I place the Grant hulldown, note the targetting line clearly says 'hulldown'

PIC 5- And yet the 75mm fires even though the tank is hull down! Beats me, I can't explain it..

RE: The Grants two guns
I think the reason for the Grant using it's 37mm against Tigers (hard target) is because it sees it's 75mm weapon purely as a howitzer. Therefore it will engage soft or "softer targets," like the halftracks with it, instead of the 37mm gun.
