Is it possible that individual doors/windows are simulated? Of course if you are closer to the door you have LOS out with a bigger angle.

if i look at pos screenshoots,i can see that the troop only have los through windows.is it possible,or zufall(dont know the english word :conf:)

Doors and windows play no part in the CM program calculations.
PIC 1 - Squads can sometimes see through brick walls
PICS 2 -3 - Looking through doors and windows doesn't guarantee LOS

I'm guessing it's merely an abstraction of the building and taking into consideration that one can see thru the windows and doors, but not within the graphics of the game system.

Yes mate, abstractions abound in CM, for example in real life somebody has to run up to an enemy tank to plonk a magnetic mine on it, but in CM that's all abstracted, they simply make a throwing motion with their arm (the magmine is invisible) and don't budge an inch, we have to 'imagine' them running and plonking..
