I hope this question is appropriate for this forum. I do not understand the rarity figures I see when choosing units for a QB. If it says +25%, does that mean that the original cost of the unit (let's say 100 points) has been increased by 25% and now displays at 125 points? Sorry to post such a basic question.

Yup, that's exactly how it works. Meant to put a premium on historically rare units.

Effectively, a non-rarity QB = a much bigger force typically than a standard rarity QB.
