In the Russian version there is a bottle of Stoli Vodka, a brochure from the NKVD about buying a timeshare in Siberia, and a cool fuzzy hat with earflaps

If it is like the TOAW CD I bought from them, all you get is a CD with the serial number printed on it.

Feels like it has a thick manual.

Wondering if it had anything else like a fold out poster.

i got my version from UK (no tea inside Cry

).
the manual has about 135 pages including an index. i scanned it, looks like a summary of the 3 old manuals (EF, WF, RS), no real new info for a grognard. no poster included.
If you want to i can send you a tips and tricks manual which was created / edited by Steve/Tablesalt. it has about 2 or 3 MB.
