Where do you put the big cheese?

Just setting up a new game and as I deployed my A0 unit it made me wonder, do most players give him transportation and put him up front with the boys, or sit him in the rear with the gear.

So lets have a poll, it has been a while for one of those:

I usually leave him in the rear with the women and children but just lately i've started giving him transport so i can shove him to where it's worst.

He chills in the rear areas with a spare FOO and some mobile reserves.
If it gets that bad up the front that he's needed for morale lifting...he usually starts to hide from the coming break through rather than saddles up and heads to the front.
I hate having myself killed in action :-)

Only one person sticks him out front. My question is, does he survive the game and does he contribute any more to the fight in front rather then in the middle or rear? Curious to know.

I used to keep him far in the rear, Now I keep him near the middle front area to use him for rallying the masses that come fleeing from the front lines.
I've yet to engage my Hqs but 1 time when the Russians invaded Sweden and their paras landed on top of my small training group and systematically wiped everyone out...
