Let's see
July 27 2007 | CM-SF released
Aug 10 2007 | 1.02 patch released
Aug 30 2007 | 1.03 patch released
Sept 26 2007 | Bargain Bin

That didn't take long.... I guess I was VERY lucky then.

Pity, as I was hoping for some serious wargames to come from BFC!

BFC greatly underestimated the impact of word online. It’s not all industries that are affected, or even a majority, but video games are one that is. Hell, my son wouldn’t buy a game site unseen at 15, three years ago, and relied heavily on the net for his “word of mouth” input. It’s only gotten more so since then. Their attitude and actions are surprising, given that the net is what got them famous in the first place.

LOL at one of the user reviews from play.com.

This game demonstrates all that is wrong in PC gaming. There has been no attempt made to make it accessible to newcomers and features dated graphics, appalling AI and system compatibilty issues. There is no tutorial, no tooltips and illogical controls. I can`t think of a single reason for anyone to buy Shock Force and the developers should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid.

Well i think its just wandered into my price range now. Played the demo and thought it was fine, but you boys that have played it more are obviously not big fans.
