RE: World Cup Rugby
Did anybody see yesterdays Wales vs Fiji game? Wow!...wot a result.
Certainly shook things up in Group B....Wales now on their way home!

Didnt see the game meself coz the stoopid starsports channel here didnt play it live.....delayed coverage at 5 o'clock in the morning.....GRRR.

Anyway theres still the Ireland/Argie match tomorrow. Should be a snorter I think. Hopefully that will be televised live here....fingers crossed!

Black arm bands are being issued here in Wales where there is much gnashing of teeth :(
Once again they screw up the first half and tried to make it up in the second half :hissy:

What a disaster :pullhair: can't see G.Jenkins lasting as coach after this rather poor Welsh run of results since he took over. Well done to Fiji though they played an excellent game, in fact I would say the game has been the most exciting so far of tournament. The Welsh news will be full of speculation now about who the new coach will be for the six nations next year.
I am proud to be British but I thank god that I am Welsh

Yep the Irish played well but the Argentines are on a mission and they looked really good, I expect them to beat Scotland in the next round and reach the semi finals Eek

RE: World Cup Rugby
I was privileged to see the Wales-Fiji game...what a display and passion and pride in their country. Fantastic game; commiserations to the Welsh even though you cannot argue that the Fijians did not deserve the result for their efforts.

I had to miss this mornings Ireland v Argentina game, but always felt the Argies would have the goods. Shame to hear about O'Driscoll's post match ungraciousness, if it is being reported correctly (always a possibility).

That gives South Africa a run to the final of Fiji in the QF, either Argentina or Scotland in the semis..? Whereas we now have to beat France, Australia and then probably South Africa....and any of those sides could ruin our day easily. Hmmmm.....

What a great game....i totally agree, when the Welsh got their breakaway try we all thought there performance had been in vain, but they went straight down the park and scored, only then to not kick the ball out of play when time was up and give Wales one last chance........such drama :)

Now England have just got to beat Australia...... :chin:
