DGVN Cuban Missile Crisis

I made a scenario for Divided Ground with the Vietnam mod. It is a fictional battle pitting the USA against the Soviets and Cuban militias in October of 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis. It includes a mod for use with JSGME mod swapper.

Human vs Human only. I couldn't get the AI to do anything right.

My purpose is to inspire other designers to look at DGVN and the OOBs. Lots of Cold War and other what if scenarios can be created. (Ok I wanted to make a scenario too.)

Is there a chance to get the scenario without registering by GameSquad? Maybe here by theBlitz scenario section?

I agree with your idea, there are a lot of "what if" Cold War period situations for creating new scenarios. I hope i can finish my West-German Addon in the next few weeks. At next i try to design a East-German Addon. Both would give a lot of good stuff for new scenarios.

I just tried and succeeded in opening a TS WF map (elsdorf) into DGVN and making a scen of it.

Am I the last to know :conf:

This will help with post WWII Cold Wars, 1950, 1962 etc. cuzz I stink at map making.

Interestingly enough, I never tried a WF map, appears EVERY one I just tried, opened with DG map editor, nice observation there Paul!! They are zone 3 maps, DG likes this, it won't open EF or RS ones though, at least zone 4 and 6 ones(all that I tried).
