Well...since I've got plenty of friends in the CM community I decided to share this important news with you!

This is important for me...damn...I waited 37 years to ask a girl to marry me...and it's not for a loan, a house, children or what so ever..it's just out of love...oh...

I decided to ask the 'Q' my girl...and she said YES..although I was still under influence of my 100% anesthesia after my recent surgery....

24 hrs later she asked me if I remembered the day before.....:happy:

I did...:bow:

The date is set for april 12th 2008.

Why april 12th?

Well:

1. her birthday is april 17th so I want her to celebrate her birthday during our honeymoon holidays.

2. it's a non-holiday time on our location.

Plans:

legal wedding at 09.00hrs, no christian wedding since she was already married before.

short brunch or such afterwards...not going to spend lots of money on other people... the only important people are Karine & myself...

then we're off to 'De Koningshoeve' in Holland, LINK

We'll probably stay there 2 nights before moving on to 'Vlieland', LINK, where we'll stay for a week or such...
Using a ferry we'll float in about 1 3/4hr to Vlieland, LINK

Got a super deal thanks to Stoffel to rent a small house on Vlieland giving us plenty of money to spend on resataurants and outdoor trips....

I'm thinking of, next to the wedding rings, buying my girlfriend a new watch...new time...new episode in our lives... that kind of thinking...
