Attack of the Hapless... A potential tournament.
Would anyone have any interest in a tournament of the minors?

This would pit September 1944 Rumanians against Hungarians
1942 Italians against restriced Soviets
1941 French against 1941 Italians
etc.

I don't know if this has been done before, but it might be fun.
