Any new Modern campaign in the pipeline?

for a long time I have not been at Blitz and now I am back.
I had hoped for an Iran-Iraq title but when?

Ola Iran Iraq would be very interesting but my crystal ball tells me it will be the Fulda Gap to the Austrian border to fill out the other 2 games. But my crystal ball does not work all the time :rolleyes:

I for one am a bit tired of this "euro-centric" view of MC. We already have three permutations of WP invading NATO in Germany. I've enjoyed them, but I for one will pass if they release the southern portion Germany to be played.

And I'm a huge fanatic of the series.

Let's go to the Iran-Iraq War. It has been the largest continuous land battle/war since WW2 and the game industry has taken a pass at simulating this game.

war with regular North Vietnam forces attacking the south.

I would like to see the "German Front" series completed. I also think that a game covering the Southern Front in the Balkans would make a good game, even though it is still "euro-centric". :smoke:

Yes, yes I am sure they will come with a new german game.
I only hope that they will look at other hotspots, even a Falkland game
with different what ifs could be good.

Could could - but then that might piss off Scott Hamilton, president of HPS who like to handle these things.

In any case, it would be a no win situation, as this thread shows there are more than one opinion about the best thing to do so if\when the next MC comes out, then it outta be what some people have longed for and others might not want to see next.

...nor will it impact what we release when. So you see, I have to be very careful what I say to who.
