Transport
Basically, the 'Transport Class' of the passenger can't be greater than the 'Transport Class' of the carrier, or the carrier won't be able to tow it.
All the units below are a representative cross-section of CM units -

RE: Transport
I do like the US jeep/57mm ATG combo for flank/rear defense. On defense, you can even have a couple more ATGs than jeeps and shuttle back and forth to move them around.

RE: Transport
How do you actually get a vehicle to tow a gun? There does not seem to be an "embark" command?

RE: Transport
There is if the vehicle is capable of towing the gun. You will have to move the gun to the vehicle and not the vehicle to the gun.

RE: Transport
How do you transport FO's? I can't get them on any armor/vehicles regardless of the transport class. Help!

Thanks in advance.

RE: Transport
Guderian.

Spotters communicate to their gun batteries via wire. The spotter unit in CM abtract-ualizes this, so we don't see the wire.

Spotters that use wire cannot embark. Spotters that use RADIOS CAN embark! So, open up the unit info box for your spotter, and if you has a radio, he can embark, if he is just a lowly wire laying spotter, he can't embark.

If I remember correctly, you can choose between both of them at the quick battle force selection screen, and the radio spotters are indicated there as such.
