SPMBT game?
Hi,

I'm a new bootcamper here and looking for a smaller SPMBT game. Either a scenario or a generated one. Used to play quite a bit of SP in the good old days, and was pleasantly surprised when I found the free downloads.
Looking forward to try it against a thinking opponent!

/Fred

After 369 games perhaps you are going on instinct.

You have a hint of truth there ... but those 369 are only the ones on the Blitz, the real number of PBEM battles is somewhere between 600 and 700. I've about 500 recorded since 2000 and I've started playing 1996.

I should have plenty of time for the next two weeks if you want a quick battle. Pick something and send my way.

The yellow blob is still swimming.. Toungue

Yep, that is me. My 'rookie' said he had played the AI until he was tired of it and was ready for some proto-human action. So he has Canada ( being a chunck and a new guy, that was fine by me. OK, so I'm not the sharpest blade in the drawer. I can still cut butter after it gets to room temperature)
Anyway, he bought Canadian SF squads. They get a +15 on a 75 base, so with the + or - 10 points, it is possible that I'm facing 100 experience level fire teams armed with Javelins.
That is why I'm swimming as fast as I can. Plus he has those 155 LW's with the ICM's and a range of 230, which combined with his higher ( I'm Russian in '08, so my base level is 65, IIRC) rating cost me an off map battery the turn after it shot.
So I am thinking I will need an outboard motor to stay ahead of this new guy. Something to mount it on would be nice too. Say the Nimitz.
