How does one change the player image to a custom one not in the player image DB?

keep in mind
ladder images are 48x48 pixels and in JPG format
also indicate if you want it restricted for your use only, otherwise It will be made public and anyone can use it.

This goes for any other Images gamers want to send and use here as their ladder image.
