Off Topic  All good things
have to end sometime ..

Looks like, for the moment (pending a 2nd opinion) I'm released to return to work with my screwed up knee after 18 months of being off recovering from 2 surgeries and phys therapy..etc..

I may be out of the loop for a bit as I'll be needing to get retrained into a new career after 23 years of turning wrenches, so game turns might be even more spasmodic than the past few months have been.

SO.. if you're playing me and want to clear the spot up, simply email me and let me know you will claim the win.
No worries here, I'd rather you keep gaming than waiting on my arse :)

cheers

RE: All good things
So then Randy, what are you taking schooling to get retrained as?

My wife is starting school a week from tomorrow, being retrained as well . Also from getting hurt on the job. She hurt her back though not a knee.

I'm sure you'll do just fine with the schooling but how is the knee doing these days?

Good Hunting.

RE: All good things
have no idea what to dwell into now, waiting on vocational rehab to get my resume and experience in order to check suggestions.

knee is still messed up :( , have to do a functional capacity test as well to see what I can do before the job list is created.

what I'm hoping on is a 2nd opinion turns up something that can be fixed medically as for the moment the constant pain and damage is permanent according to my doctor.

RE: All good things
Good luck with the retraining, it sounds like your retraining people are more on the ball than the dolts i had to deal with here in the UK.

In the end i ditched them and found myself a job.

What did you do to your knee? Sorry if this has been discussed before....

Good luck with the knee, I know that it has been doggin' you for a long time now. I like the CM tester angle myself, we might then get a product out of them that actually works.
