Need Blitz help about account.

I still have 2 accounts. I need them to be one. I've sent email to contact before, but I'm sure ya'll were really busy. I had Josey Wales with email of [email protected]. It was separate email account than my wifes. At one time we had to cancel one account, I chose mine since my wife had more important things online than I. We created a sub account, [email protected], under my wife's main account, but during a time where we had a couple of relocations, I had forgotten my password and the retrieve password wasn't going to work as my original email account was dead. I would like to have Josey Wales numbers combined into Outlaw Josey Wales so the old account can be deleted. I don't know if it is possible, but I could use some help with this if it is. If it cannot be combined, the Josey Wales account still needs to be removed.

I hate to jump your thread, but I can't log in to the Blitz in IE7, only Firefox. Actually, I can click the login on the main menu and it takes it, but then when I come to this message board I'm not logged in and the login here won't accept my ID and password. And, when I click Member Details I get non-existing player. Firefox has no problems whatsoever.:conf:

I'll eventually get around to your situation. You can access the site and post game results, so I'll get to it when I have time. There are more pressing issues for me right now.

I am not technical enough to help you. I never use IE unless forced to. I would recommend the standard stuff like clear your cache and delete cookies. Beyond that your on your own. It is not the site, that much I am certain of. You could try posting in the technical assistance forum. That is moderated by the webmaster or there maybe a thread there with advice if someone has had this experience before.
