Two possibilities come to my mind:
1) Graphics card drivers are out of date or possibly newer with a new bug introduced. Check for the correct driver version number
2) Graphics card settings have been set to a different configuration [perhaps the default] and this has now changed how it behaves in CM. You need to check and change the graphics card settings

I've updated my drivers and the fogproblem has been solved but...now my texts are on a white background what makes' them unreadable...not quite 100% just yet...:rolleyes:
I am not sure what text you are now referring to, can you explain the problem a little more clearly please? Again, a couple of quick suggestions, given you have the right drivers:
1) Change your window's display settings - right click the desktop and select properties [Appearance and Settings]
2) Mod your UI - perhaps a little drastic but it might help
I had the text on a white background issue. I think that it was Antoni that sent me the files to fix this. It's just some colour changes to the .bmp files. I could not get it to work any other way. I will see if I can remember where i put them and U/L them here later on today, if someone does not do it first.
