cheap dollar, ehh...

medal for few bucks ? Gee, Order of the Dragon is really cool, thanx a lot, but I dont think it was deserved. Should only go to people who donate some real money IMO.

BTW since I have all those medals - anyone knows if it would be possible to have them shown in the signiture on the forum ? THAT would impress newbees LOL

Good form, Maciej!

You can put the medals there, just like you put the FA ribbon.

Hello Maciej...long time, eh?

We never mention the amounts that are donated when we award the Order of the Dragon because it recognizes the act of giving, not the amount. For some folks a small donation can be a big strain, and might be harder to accomodate than someone who is wealthy and sends us a fat check. It could be said in such a case the smaller donation is the greater of the two. If the award causes you to feel embaressed, or unwarranted, you are, of course, free to delete the medal in the same manner you can delete a game result or a bonus point award. But again, the Blitz awards the Medal in recognition of the act of kindness towards our hobby and our site, that any sized donation shows, and for that reason we hope you will keep it.

Paul,
great to see you are back too. Reject medal ? No, who am I to prove our supermoderators and supercommanders wrong LOL. I will hold it on my virtual chest with proud. I can see your point - if all players donate just a small amount it would make keeping this site alive much easier task I guess. However I know from experience even such a small amount could be a great sucrifice sometimes.
The only thing I had in mind was it was great pleasure to make donation for the best place in the net I ever been to, award was something unexpected and slightly embarassing at first.

p.s. how are the kids ? Still playing soccer ? My current email is [email protected] if you find a minute to write a word or two.

Hi Maciej

Here's how to place a ribbon...

Not sure how to do the medal.

Speaking of medals, it's a shame not to see the ones kaitlin made being used eh.
Any chance of finishing that tourney?
No worries if you cannot.
I know that one was quite a bit of work.

Cheers
Jason
