Corporal Wu watched in silence as the smoking debris of the Japanese helicopter swirled to the ground. He had been too eager and fired too soon, but the missle had hit - and that was what mattered...

Report of the success was quickly passed along the chain of command.

At the command post Mao-wulfir grinned with poorly conceled satisfaction. His origin lay in the army anti-aircraft units and as such he considered the AA defences crucial, almost decisive...

The Chief of Staff, concerned that the commander put too much into one lucky SAM-shot, repeated the report from the scouts; enemy forces have reached the Temple area.

"Not good, but no reason to panic just yet", the Colonel grunted.

Enemy attack-helicopters appear - American made Apaches - and open fire, knocking out one PLA APC. AA gunners manages to bring one enemy attack helicopter down, but his wingman slips away undamaged..., Chinese troops scramble past the burning wreckage of one of the nations most modern type APCs...

Reports reach HQ - enemy forces have reached the areas known as the Hut, the Temple and the Emperor's Tomb...

The Apache dodge bursts of 35mm AA fire and takes out another Chinese APC..., meanwhile Chinese Forward Observers call down an artillery strike on enemy tanks near the Emperor's Tomb knocking out one of the enemy Type 90s...
