Vitebsk - Rebalanced
60km NW of Smolensk: On July 7th, 1941, PanzerGruppe 3 attacks Vitebsk from the march. The Russian forces defending this city are some of the best the Russian has available. In particular, the 1st Mechanized Division has some of the new T-34 tanks, just now available on this front. Together with other Russian mechanized forces, this will be a challenge to the German forces. The action depicted by this scenario covers the first four days of the northern section of the Smolensk Campaign Game. **NOTE** This scenario has been rebalanced point wise to make it allot more difficult for the Germans to easily win this scenario.
